#IOW CORDELIA KERR PRESENTATION
ARE YOU AN AGITATOR FOR CHANGE?

EVENT SUMMARY

IOW loved having Cordelia Kerr from IAG join us for our virtual breakfast session with a lively discussion around the topic: Are you an Agitator for change? – change that is sensible and sustainable and provides growth for the customer, the organisation and its diverse people.

Key advice and questions to consider:

  • Do you have an unconscious bias e.g. gender bias?
  • Take on the opportunities even if you don't think you are ready, you will be surprised how ready you really are!
  • Personal success has been because of those around me
  • "Get to know each other as humans first" this helps to build connections and operate as a high performing team - important to bring your authentic self to work
  • What skills are you proud of?
  • Know your strengths

Are you an agitator for (sustainable) change? - be very deliberate in what happens next and take others on the journey. Change in a pragmatic and beneficial way.

Thank you very much to Cordelia for joining us at such a challenging time, we appreciate it!

Again, thank you to ANZ for sponsoring this event.
